Delecotta Squash with Zatar

Delecotta squash rocks.. Incredibly flavorful, easy to cook and can blend with just about any meal. Vivi roasted these (well.. actually not these but ones just like it) with olive oil and zatar.. Yum!

Delacotta squash
Olive Oil
Zatar

Preheat oven to 350
Cut open the squash
Get rid of the seeds
Cover liberally in olive oil
sprinkle with zatar
Should be ready in 20 – 25 min

warning – this squash cooks FAST!
