Chantrelle Mushroom Salad with Goat Cheese

Vivi hooked up a KILLER 5 min dinner. She just banged these out of nowhere, straight off the dome.

About 8 chantrell mushrooms
A few large cloves of garlic –  minced fine
Butter
Salt
Black Pepper

Melt the butter, sauté the garlic for a few minutes and throw in the mushrooms. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until mushrooms are soft. Then put on the salad…

For the salad:

Baby spring greens
Tomato
Goat Cheese

For the dressing:

Teaspoon Pesto.. This came straight from Genova! (Thanks Nio!!! A very nice green sauce, indeed!)
Lemon juice
White Wine Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
